Ingredients

  1. 8 slicebread
  2. 4boiled potato
  3. 1chopped med. size onion
  4. 1chopped green chilli
  5. 1 pinchaamchur powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  7. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  8. to tastesalt
  9. as neededoil for deep fry
  10. 1/2 tspdry coriander
  11. 1bowl besan (cheakpeas flour)for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Put into chopped onion,green chilli, salt, red chilli powder,garam masala, set coriander,aamchur powder. and mix well.

    After that take bread slice.

    Cut it into sides.

    After that make a role with the help of water.

    Now it's filled with potato mixture and close it.

    Now take a another bowl and put into besan and make mixture with water.

    Put into according to taste salt.

    Now take a pan. and put into oil and heat it...

  9. 9

    And another side make all rolls.

    When the oil is heated dip roll into besan mixture and fry it 1 by 1.

    When it's colour change into brown...take out from pan...

    It is ready and serve it with sauce and green chutney...
