This recipe was made by me for a happy new year party. We enjoyed it and i hope you do too.

I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes

This is my mom's base recipe for cakes, she would make them in a rectangular mold and serve slices of it, specially with the afternoon tea. It is easy enough to make that she made me and my brothers help with it to keep us busy in the summers, and we happily did because we loved to eat it afterwards.This is mostly the base recipe as she would make variations of it to make birthday cakes, muffins, or regular cakes with different flavors and decorations.

Just a simple cake for breakfast, coffee break or any gatherings.It's delicious!

Mochi cake is a Hawaiian/Japanese-American rice cake made with sweet rice flour. It is often made with red bean paste, but I used purple yam jam for my Filipino family. The cake was lighter than the one with red bean paste, and the family loved it!

Its really made yummy,I was not expecting.did not use icing, because it will be heavy.

My mum makes this every year for my bday. I don't measure the icing ingredients, make consistency to you preference.

I wanted to increase the number of crumble cake recipes, so I made it with bananas, which are available year-round.It's okay even if you can't mix the ingredients well. Just mix the flour (and baking powder) as best as you can. Lightly mix in the banana.Because you bake it for 5 minutes before adding the crumble layer, the crumble doesn't sink into the batter.
