Ingredients

  1. 2 1/4teaspoon
  2. 1 cupflour
  3. 2 cupcake flour
  4. 3/4 tspbaking soda
  5. 2 1/4 tspbaking powder
  6. 1 1/2 cupsugar
  7. 1/2 lbsoftened butter
  8. 3room temp eggs
  9. 1 tspvanilla
  10. 1 1/2 cupsour cream
  11. 1 1/2 tspcinnamon
  12. 4 tbspbrown sugar
  13. 1 1/2 cuptoasted, chopped pecans

    Preheat oven to 350°F

    Grease bundt cake pan with Pam

  3. 3

    In a bowl mix all dry ingredients.

    in another bowl cream the sugar, butter then add vanilla.

  5. 5

    Add eggs one at a time. Fully beat each egg before adding the other one.

    Add flour one cup at a time to wet mixture. Use sour cream to help evenly mix.

    Beat flour, sour cream and wet ingredients until blended.

    Clean bowl used for dry ingredients. In this bowl add brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon.

    Add half cake mix to greased bundt cake pan. Sprinkle pecan mixture, then add the remainder of batter.

    Add to oven and bake 40-50 minutes depending on oven and browness preference.

    In a bowl mix confectioners sugar, vanilla, pecans and soy milk. Mix icing ingredients well and glaze cake while warm.
