Cooking Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a deep non - stick pan, add the whole vegetables and green chillies and saute on a low flame for few minutes.

Then add all spices powder salt and sugar and mix well. Now add mashed potatoes and mix all the ingredients well and switch off the flame. Keep aside to cool.

Boil vesselful of water add a little salt and immerse 4 - 5 cabbage leaves in it for 5 minutes. Drain thoroughly and keep aside.

Place a cabbage leaf on a clean, dry surface, place a portion of the stuffing, at one end of the leaf and roll it and fold it up tightly.

Repeat step and make all the rolls.

Now melt 1 tablespoon butter in a pan and set all the cabbage rolls and girl for both sides.

Blanch all the sauce ingredients for few minutes. In a grinder make a smooth paste in it.

Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a medium heat and add the paste in it. Cook for few minutes then add salt, sugar and pepper powder stir well and cook for few flame and switch off the flame.

Spread 3 tablespoons of Arrabbiata Sauce in a plate then place the cabbage roll in it and serve immediately.
