Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gmskambu
  2. 100 gmsurad dal
  3. 1 spoonFenugreek (venthayam)
  4. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the above for 6 hrs in water.

  2. 2

    Grind them in the grinder to a fine paste. It's consistency should be like dosa batter.

    Add salt. Mix well

  4. 4

    Let it be aside for 4 hrs (until it gets sour)

  5. 5

    Now cook it as a regular dosa and serve with any gravy.
