作り方

In a saucepan, cook mushrooms and onion in the broth with thyme about 10 min, until tender.

Put the mushroom mixture in a blender and puree, leave some chunks of vegetable in it. Set aside.

In the saucepan, melt the butter, mix in flour until smooth. Add half&half, vegetable puree, salt and pepper.

Stirring constantly, bring the soup to a boil and coon until thickened. Adjust seasoning if it's necessary.

Optional: add 1 teaspoon white wine. Sprinkle parsley before you serve the soup.
