作り方

Drain yogurt in the refrigerator overnight.

Crush biscuits in a food processor.

Add brown sugar & melted butter, then mix.

Press the crust into a round ring.Optional: Bake 10min 180C

Filling: Slowly add gelatin to water while mixing.

Heat in a double boiler until gelatin is dissolved.

Put ● ingredients in a bowl and mix well.

Add gelatin and water. Mix well.

Pour the filling on top of the crust and spread evenly.

Cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Topping: Slowly add gelatin to water while cooling.

Heat in a double boiler until gelatin is dissolved.

Add Mango Puree, mixing well.

Pour mango mixture over yogurt filling, spreading evenly.

Cool in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Before serving, heat the ring with a hair dryer to unmold.
コツ・ポイント
Use a hair dryer to unmold. Dip a knife in hot water before cutting each slice.
