All ingredients are in this picture. I used frozen mackerel.

Defrost the fish with cold water.

Cut the fish like this. Cut into three pieces.

Put small amount of salt on the top & make it rest for 10min

While waiting, let's cook the veggie source.

Cut veggies like this picture. Smaller is better.

Pour soy source, Soba source, rice vinegar on the top.

Mix well all of them together.

★Let’s move into the fish prep.

Place the potato starch into the container,

Put the fish inside. ★It's better to cut the fish smaller.

Once the fish is finely covered with potato starch,

Preheat the pan & pour canola oil. (Tbsp 3~4)

Place the fish on the pan, cook both sides.

Cook the fish till it's nicely cooked like this picture.

While the fish is hot, put them into the source you cooked.

Put the sesame seeds on the top, it's ready to eat!
