材料

about 7ramekins
  1. egg yolks◎ 2
  2. cream☆ 200cc
  3. milk 50cc
  4. granulated sugar 30g
  5. vanilla extract 1teaspoon
  6. strawberry 3strawberries
  7. granulated sugar or caramel the amount that you want

作り方

    Preheat the oven to 150degrees. Then dice 3strawberries.

    Mix the egg yolks and 30g of sugar slowly. This mixer is ◎

    In a pot warm up the cream, milk and vanilla extract. ☆

    Pour ☆ into ◎ slowly.

    Mix it up with the cut up
    strawberries.
    Mix it slowly.

    Pour the mixer into the ramekins. Then bake it for 20minutes

    Even if it's still like liquid, its ok.

    Either pour sugar and burn it, or pour caramel sauce on it.

    Chill it in the refridgerator for 1~2hours.

コツ・ポイント

If you are worried, you can put it in the toaster oven for a while after you finished putting it in the oven.
