作り方

In a small bowl, combine all sauce ingredients and mix well.

In a large bowl, add meat and salt, mix well until sticky.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

Lightly wet your hands and use 1/3 measuring cup to mold.

Fill up the measuring cup with chicken mix, and take out.

Take the mixture from the cup and make a nice smooth patty.

Repeat rest of the meat mixture. (6 patties)

Oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat.

Cook each side until golden. Add the sauce into the pan.

Cook until the sauce thickens and flip throughout.

When sauce gets reduced and thickens, it's ready to serve!

There's no mess making these by the sink. Slowly run the water and each time wet your hands and cups. Easy peasy!
