I chose baby spinach and baby arugula today!

Prepare all the ingredients!

In a medium bowl, whisk in all the dressing ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add mushrooms, garlic and salt.

Stir occasionally and cook until the mushroom gets wilted.

Stir in wine/soy sauce for 30 seconds, transfer to the bowl.

Add shallot, bell pepper and toss well.

In a large serving bowl, add veggies and mushroom sauce mix.

Toss well until leaves are wilted, sprinkle with cheese.

Serve.
コツ・ポイント
While Sautéing mushroom, stir less frequently to make it brown. After adding some liquids, stir quickly to toss!
