Gather all the ingredients.

Combine all the sauce ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

Oil in a large nonstick pan over medium heat, add tofu.

Cook until tofu gets brown on all sides.

Add mushroom, onion and garlic then cook until wilted.

Reduce heat to medium low, stir in sauce and pepper.

Toss well until evenly coated with sauce. Stir in starch.

Toss and drizzle sesame oil over it and toss once more.

Serve!
コツ・ポイント
Stir in bell pepper at the end of cooking to keep a crunchy texture. A starch & water mix help to make a thicker sauce!
