Simple vinaigrette with broccoli and shallots!

作り方

Before blanching, rinse the broccoli well.

In a large pot, bring water to a boil, then add salt.

Add stems first, then submerge the rest of the broccoli.

Cook until the broccoli gets bright green. (1.5-2 minutes).

Transfer cooked broccoli to a colander, then drain well.

Leave it until cool enough to handle.

Cut the broccoli into 1.5" long pieces.

In a large bowl, whisk in the dressing ingredients. Mix well

Stir in broccoli and shallots, then toss well.

Taste, adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Let it sit in a fridge an hour before it's served.

After running water over the cooked broccoli, make sure to get rid of excess water to avoid diluting the dressing.
