作り方

Cook udon according to the package directions.

Rinse and drain well, set aside.

Gather all the ingredients.

Combine all the sauce ingredients and set aside.

Oil in a wok over medium high heat, add tofu.

Cook all sides until nice and crispy. Set aside.

Continue to heat to medium high, add eggs.

NOTE: I think enough oil to cook eggs, but add oil as needed

Break it down before heating it through.

Add oil and garlic and cook until the garlic is fragrant.

Add noodles/tofu/scallions/bean sprouts and sauce.

Toss well until sauce is coated evenly and heated through.

Serve.
コツ・ポイント
I use peanut oil and skip the use of peanuts for this recipe.
