作り方

Use a fork to puncture holes all over the meat.

Place the meat into a sealable food-safe plastic bag.

Add all the marinade ingredients, and evenly distribute.

Store in a fridge for 1 hour.

Place the meat and liquid into a large non-stick skillet.

Heat to medium and cook until golden and then flip.

Reduce heat to medium low, then add wine, cover and cook.

Cook 10-15 mins or use a thermometer to mark at 75C.

Transfer the chicken to a plate, and let it rest 5 mins.

Cook off the extra juice, and pour over the chicken.

Slice and serve!

Cover and cook at a low temperature to have a tender result from a chicken.
