We use sourdough bread for sandwiches and there's always leftovers in the end. This is how we rescue them :-)
作り方

Preheat the oven to 375F.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.

Cut the sourdough bread into 1/2" cubes.

Place the bread cubes in a large mixing bowl.

Drizzle the olive oil over the bread cubes, and toss well.

Sprinkle salt/garlic/oregano and toss until combined.

Spread the bread cubes out as a single layer into a pan.

Bake for 15-20 mins or until golden brown and crisp.

Remove from oven, and let it cool completely.

Store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week in room temp, or up to 4-6 weeks in a freezer.
