作り方

Cut the ingredients and prepare.

Boil the eggs separately.

Put all the ingredients in the pot except hanpen and tofu.

Put the water in the pot and boil it.
- 5
When the water is boiled, put the fish stock and made soup.
- 6
When all the ingredients get soft, put hanpen and tofu.
- 7
Boil on a low heat for 5 mins, and done!
コツ・ポイント
Radish takes time to be soft. Cut and boil it separately, or warm up in the microwave for 5-7 mins, or peel it.
