作り方

Put water and thickly shaved bonito into a pot.

boil over high heat. one it boilsing reduce the heat to low.

simmer tor about 8 minutes. Turn off the heat and strain.

Boil the Komatsuna and cut it into bite - sized pieces.

Stir fry the carrots in oil ,follow by the chicken

When the chicken changes color, add the radish and stir-fry.

then add the stock. chinese cabbage,fried tofu,green onions

stir fried shimeji to step 6,add the dashi made in steps 1-3

and bring to a simmer.

Once the vegetables are cooked, season them with ☆

Once the Himolaws is cooked, add the boiled Komatsuna.
