Avocado and boiled eggs are a healthy combination for having plenty of protein and good fats. Broccoli can be paired well with a variety of flavors, so we combined them all together with champagne vinaigrette :-)

Cut the broccoli into bite sized pieces.

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Stir in broccoli and shallots, and toss well.

Add boiled eggs/avocado and toss gently to combine.

Taste, and adjust with salt and pepper as needed.

Let it sit in a fridge an hour before it's served.
