Peel potatoes and boil. Drain when they get soft.

Smash with a folk (not too small). Add mayonnaise and mix.

Cut bacon into small slices and whisk eggs

Put olive oil in a pan and fry bacon very well. Add eggs and mix very well.

Mix potatoes, bacon and eggs together and add salt and pepper.
