Hash Brown Casserole

Hash browns are made from shredded/diced potatoes that are pan fried with butter or oil until golden brown and crispy. A classic hashbrown casserole needs a creamy chicken soup, a comforting base for meals such as casseroles or pot pies, but I made my own version for this recipe :-)
