Ingredients

  1. 200 gmsboiled cassava
  2. 2Ripe Tomatoes
  3. 2 TbspnTomato ketchup
  4. 1tspn salt,chilly powder,coarse pepper.citric acid
  5. 3 Tbspnoil
  6. 1Tspn of vinegar
  7. 1small onion,green pepper
  8. 1tspn of crushed garlic,ginger
  9. 1/2tspn of soya sauce

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the cassava by adding little salt in the pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Once boiled cut into long thick sticks.

  3. 3

    In a saucepan, Add oil.Add ginger,garlic,onions,green pepper.saute little.

  4. 4

    Add the bolied cassava.Add tomatoes,ketchup,n the all dry ingredients,vinegar.soya sauce
