Ingredients

  1. 2 lbschicken breasts cubed
  2. 1 Tbspolive oil
  3. 1garlic clove crushed
  4. 1/4tspn ginger
  5. 3/4tspn crushed red pepper
  6. 1//4 cup apple juice
  7. 1/3 cuplight brown sugar
  8. 2 Tbspketchup
  9. 1 Tbspcider vinegar
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. 1/3 cupsoy sauce
  12. 1 Tbspcorn starch

Steps

  1. 1

    Add olive oil to pan and cook cubed chicken til lightly brown.

  2. 2

    Remove chicken from pan. Add all other ingredient. Heat over medium, stirring often, til well blended and dissolved.

  3. 3

    Put chicken back into pan reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes uncovered.

  4. 4

    Serve hot over rice
