Ingredients

  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 2 tbspsugar
  3. pinchsalt
  4. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 2eggs
  7. 2 tbspoil + more for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Add the flour, suagr and salt in a bowl and mix thoroughly

    Add i the grated ginger and mix

  3. 3

    Add in the milk and make a heavy flowing batter

  4. 4

    Add in the eggs and mix

  5. 5

    Add in the 2 tbsp vegetable oil and mix

  6. 6

    In a medium high heated pan, grease it with a little oil and pour 1 laddle of the batter. let cook till bubble start to form before you flip it

  7. 7

    Place in an underlined container

  8. 8

    Serve and enjoy
