    Remove skin from your smokie and cut into small pieces.

    Break your egg and mix with smokie

  3. 3

    Add salt

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a pan.

  5. 5

    Once hot add your mixture gently. Cook till ready

  6. 6

    Once ready flip to the other side and allow to cook

  7. 7

    Serve when hot
