Boil the smokies for 2 minutes as you beat the egg into a bowl and add salt.

Place a pan on fire.Pour cook oil on it and spread it by twisting the pan.

Pour the egg mixture on one side of the pan and then on the other side place the 2 smokies to cook under low heat.for close to 2 minutes.

Smokie and eggs are ready to serve with hot coffee..Enjoy.

Turn the egg for the other side to cook and also turn the smokies for cook for 1 minute.
