Cooking Instructions
- 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice chicken breasts in half to make 6 servings.
- 2
Season with spices of choice: I used black pepper, garlic powder and Mrs. Dash Onion & Herb seasoning.
- 3
Place 3 at a time in enough oil to cover bottom of pan. Fry each side for 3 to 4 minutes or until browned.
- 4
Remove to a baking sheet and place in oven for 8 minutes to finish cooking.
- 5
Meanwhile cook your bacon until crispy.
- 6
Saute onions and mushrooms in about 2 Tbsp. butter until soft.
- 7
Top each chicken breast with provolone cheese and return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or until melted.
- 8
Top each chicken breast with a couple pieces of bacon followed by the onions and mushrooms. Enjoy!
