Twisted Doughnuts

These twisted doughnuts are simple and fun to make especially with my Butterscotch. It's so fluffy, and tempting and disappears so fast.😁😋
So here's my quick and easy recipe and my Son loves rolling and twisting it out... do allow yourvkidx try it out and thank me later...
Thus is actually my Son's making...😋
Cooking Instructions

Add yeast, 4 tablespoon sugar go to lukewarm i cup of Dano milk.. Stir properly...break in the egg, pour in the melted butter, and whisk up very well.. add salt to flour, a bit of cinnamon and sieve, add the dry ingredients tonthd wet ingredient mix till it forms a smooth soft dough... Cover and allow to double in size for 45mins - 60mins

After, remove dough, place on a flour surface, knead dough and cut into smaller sizes..and roll out to long lengths. Next twist the rolled out dough and placed ona floured pan and allow to rest for say 10mins

Place a deep pan with oil, allow oil to get hot, fry the twisted dough on medium heat till golden brown...once golden brown, removed from oil..and set aside.

Mix the remaining sugar with thd 4 tablespoon of cinnamon and mix both very well...next pour over tgd Twisted doughnuts and enjoy with a chilled glass of lemonade.😋🥂
