Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts Melt-in-Your-Mouth Fluffy Doughnuts
I fervently wanted to eat doughnuts from a certain famous store chain...Since the ingredients are so close to what it takes to make bread, it's very fluffy. The dough is very soft, so when you go to fry it, put it gently into the pan.I wanted to make them slightly chewy and sticky so I tried using rice flour. However the texture turned out to be too hard, so I recommend you use bread flour. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by sayata cookpad.japan -
Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts) Glazed Doughnuts (Yeast Doughnuts)
I have attempted so many bread type doughnut recipes. I took the best ingredient ratios, mixing then adding to pan, then coating, from several recipes.Try to use new oil to fry these! You can substitute the egg with milk, but they will begin hardening the next day.If the dough contains too much moisture, it will evaporate when fried and they will wither when taken out of the oil. So please control the amount of moisture in the dough. I increased the amount of butter to give it a richer taste. For 8 doughnuts. Recipe by narimi mama cookpad.japan -
My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts My Version of Krispy Kreme Doughnuts
I tried many different combinations to make these and finally arrived at these Krispy Kreme-style doughnuts.Shaping them takes practice! At first I tried over and over to make them. They will be slightly wonky, but that is proof that they are homemade!Of course you can use butter or shortening instead of margarine. If you use unsalted butter or shortening, increase the salt to 4g.In step 3, I used a small amount of flour. Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts Krispy Kreme-style Doughnuts
For Krispy Kreme doughnuts, I heard that you should not use bread flour (I don't know whether or not this is true) , so I used cake flour instead. They're the best freshly cooked. If they have cooled, just heat them up slightly in the microwave and dig in. Use whatever you like for the toppings. Recipe by Chopomama cookpad.japan -

I don't think I'll be able to eat the real doughnuts, so I referred to a magazine clipping to make these.Check the oil temperature before deep-frying. Make sure that the doughnuts don't turn out oily, but rather crispy. Recipe by Tarosan cookpad.japan -
