Ingredients

serves 20 servings
  1. 1 CupFlour
  2. 1/4 teaspoonBaking powder
  3. 1/4 teaspoonSalt
  4. 1/3 cup+1tsp Margarine
  5. 1/3 cupsugar
  6. 1egg
  7. 1/4 teaspoonvanilla
  8. Pinchbicarbonate of soda

Cooking Instructions

    Whisk together all dry ingredients in a bowl.

    In a separate bowl, whisk margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.

  3. 3

    Add egg and vanilla and beat thoroughly.

  4. 4

    Add flour and combine to form a dough

  5. 5

    Roll out dough onto a surface and cut cookies

  6. 6

    Put cookies in freezer for 30mins then bake for 12...15mins or until brown at the edge. ENJOY
