Ingredients

  1. 125 gramsButter
  2. 125 gramsBrown Sugar
  3. 125 gramsGranulated Sugar
  4. 125 gramsPeanut Butter (Chunky peanut butter works great)
  5. 1Egg
  6. 250 gramsPlain Flour
  7. 1/4 tspBicarbonate of Soda (Baking Soda)
  8. 1 pinchSalt (Optional)
  9. 1 pinchNutmeg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Preheat the oven to 180 Celsius (350 Fahrenheit)

    Collect the ingredients

    Cream the butter

  4. 4

    Add the two sugars, and cream again

  5. 5

    Add the peanut butter, and cream it

    Add the egg, and mix

    Mix the remaining ingredients

    Pour the dry ingredient mix into the original bowl

    Mix until smooth

    Form as may small balls out of the mixture as possible

    Press a fork into each ball (One way, and then the other), so it forms a pattern of small squares

    Put in the oven for 10-15 minutes

    Place on the cooling rack

    Eat warm with milk! :)
