Cooking Instructions

In a large bowl, whisk eggs till smooth, add milk, yeast, cooking oil, sugar......whisk together till combined......add coconut flakes, a pinch of salt whisk well

Now add flour bit by bit as you mix.......when hard knead with your hand till fully incorporated

Transfer the dough to a flat floured surface, knead some more for about 7mins........when it's not sticky oil your bowl and also oil your dough......place it on the oiled bowl

Cover it with a clinc film or dumb kitchen towel......put it on direct sunlight for it to rise......for 1hr

Now it has risen well, knead again a little.....

Cut a little bunch, roll it out not too thick or thin.......cut it out with a cutter but if you don't have use a cup and a bottle top....

This is how they should be......cover them with a dumb kitchen towel allow them to rise for 10mins again....

Heat up your frying oil and fry till golden brown....

Enjoy with milk, juice or coffee.....!!
