Shrikhand is a spectacular dessert of Indian origin. It is a lovely one with an equally awesome and excellent natural Sugars containing fruit- The quintessential Dates of course. I have incorporated this magical fruit into this amazing dessert Shrikhand. And the perfect outcome is before you all to devour. Try it folks for your lovely families and friends. You will definitely love to have this every other day as an after-meal dessert.

The main important step here is to fully drain the Yoghurt by hanging it onto the kitchen tap if the weather is cold. But if it's Summertime, then place it in a clean muslin cloth in a colander with a bowl underneath to collect all the whey. This whey can be utilized in many Indian curries and gravies.

Keep it refrigerated overnight for best results. To this thick and creamy Yoghurt, add in the rest of the ingredients listed and mix well. Enjoy it chilled. Enjoy!
