Baking with pancake mix is easy but if you leave them for a while, they just start to taste of pancake. I wanted to make muffins that taste like those you would buy in a bakery and after much trial and error, I finally got the recipe!Even if you leave them for a while, they'll still be delicious and if you warm them they'll be nice and fluffy and even better! Cinnamon Nut Crumble Apple Muffins Cinnamon Nut Crumble Apple Muffins
I was chosen as a cooking tester for UCC Gold Special "Special Blend" coffee, so came up with this as a complementary dessert. I posted the recipe here, since I think they came out tasty, and won my husband's approval.Although there are 3 important steps to go through, they are all very easy. In Step 8, the batter will separate, but it will improve after adding the dry ingredients, so don't worry. If the crumble won't separate into small pieces, just chill it in the refrigerator. It will crumble once it has hardened, so there's no need for concern. For 5-7 muffins. Recipe by Lesser Panda cookpad.japan -

I wanted to make simple muffins that tasted like they're from the bakery. Actually, mine are better than muffins from any bakery! They're best eaten 1-2 days after you make them. If they get dry, microwave and they'll become nice and soft again. These are very simple muffins so you can play with the flavour by using different variety of ingredients. By the way, I used pure white sesame oil, which has a richer flavour than regular vegetable oil. Recipe by choco811 cookpad.japan -

Woke up early and happen to look at two very ripe bananas. You can imagine what happen next...... yup, I just had to start baking. As usual I didn't measure a thing and now the muffins are out of the oven, slightly cooled and one is already " missing" . Time to re- live the moment and write down what I did. lowriderchef -
Finally Complete Fluffy Kabocha Squash Muffins Finally Complete Fluffy Kabocha Squash Muffins
Kabocha cakes usually become really dense, and never turn out soft and light like I want. I was finally able to put together these fluffy but delicious kabocha muffins. They're so spongy even when cooled. Please give them a try-- they're really tasty! If the kabocha squash isn't moist, add a small amount of milk or water. You could also chop up the kabocha skin and mix them in or sprinkle them on top of the muffins before baking! Recipe by nokko.t cookpad.japan -
