Ingredients

  1. PiecesBeef
  2. Red capsicum
  3. Yellow capsicum
  4. Mushrooms
  5. Onions
  6. Salt
  7. Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Cook the beef.

  2. 2

    Soak your skewers in water. It helps them not to burn as you grill the mshikaki.

  3. 3

    Cut the onions and cupsicum to the shape shown above. You can cut the mushrooms in half.

    Take the skewers and start putting the meat, onions, mushrooms and cupsicum. Alternate them in any pattern you want. Sprinkle some salt.

    Put them in a pan with little oil. Let them cook as you turn them till they are well done. If you have a grill then you can also grill them.

    Serve while hot. Enjoy
