Cooking Instructions

Start by beating the margarine and sugar for approximately five minutes until it turns white, soft and fluffy.

Add the eggs one at a time while beating until evenly mixed. Add in the lemon rind.

Sift in the flour and baking powder. Add in the water, yogurt and Lemmon juice. Beat until smooth and even.

Oil and dust the baking tins and pour the cake butter into the tins.
- 5
Bake the cakes at 200 degrees for 30 minutes (time depends on the size of baking tin, bigger tins will take a shorter time)
