Ingredients

4-6 servings
  1. 500 gramsRice
  2. 200 mlcoconut cream/milk
  3. 250 mlwater
  4. 1 tablespoonsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Measure the rice and wash three times with water. Then let your rise soak in water with salt for 10-15mins.I also used these type of cream.

    Measure out your water, coconut cream and salt and place in your cooking pan. I used a rice cooker so I just added everything inside. Cook for 13- 15min and serve with any stew.
