Ingredients

  1. 3/4filtered water
  2. 3/4coconut milk
  3. 1 cupbasmati rice
  4. couple pinches course kosher salt
  5. 7 tbspsweet coconut flakes

Cooking Instructions

    Add the water, coconut milk and the coconut flakes to a processor and combine until smooth

  2. 2

    Bring all to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low simmer for 15 minutes and remove and let stand for at least 10.
