Ingredients

  1. 1/2beetroot
  2. 1/2-3/4 cupcoconut water
  3. 1/2frozen banana
  4. 1/2 cupraspberries
  5. 1 tbsphoney(optional)
  6. Some raspberries and nuts for garnish

    Blend everything together except some raspberries and nuts for garnish. Add 1 tbsp more honey if you prefer it sweeter.

    Serve with your favourite toppings. Mine were gojiberry, raspberries and dried rose petals.
