My mum inspired me to make it because it is rich in iron. The ginger in it makes me desire to drink it daily. I decided to make it for myself.

My mum inspired me to make it because it is rich in iron. The ginger in it makes me desire to drink it daily. I decided to make it for myself.

Ingredients

  1. 1beetroot
  2. 2passion fruits
  3. Small size ginger
  4. 1 glasswater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Assemble your ingredients and wash them thoroughly.

  2. 2

    Peel the beetroot and the ginger then grind them using a grater into bowl.

  3. 3

    Cut the passions into halves and pour them into the mixture. Add sugar(optional)

  4. 4

    Then add water and mix all together. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy your smoothie.

  5. 5

    If you want to reuse the mixture to make another glass of smoothie you can sieve and still enjoy your drink.
