Ingredients

  1. 1big ripe frozen banana
  2. 1/2ripe frozen mango
  3. 1/3 cupfrozen blueberries
  4. 1/2 cupplain greek yogurt
  5. 1 tsproasted oats
  6. 2-3roasted almonds

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a blender add the frozen fruits & yogurt. Puree it

    Once done transfer to a serving bowl.Garnish with oats,nuts & some blueberries.

    Enjoy a hearty bowl of healthy smoothie
