Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupplain non fat greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cupunsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/2 largecucumber peeled
  • 1stock celery
  • 1/2 cupcarrots
  • 1 mediumripe banana
  • 1 bunch(handful) spinach
  • 1 bunch(handful) kale
  • 1/2 cupfrozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cupfrozen mango
  • 1/2 cupfrozen pineapple
  • 2 tbspchia seeds
  • 4 tbspground flax seed

  1. 1

    add yogurt, coconut milk, cucumber, carrots, celery, spinach, and kale in a blender (I use my bullet) blend till smooth!

  2. 2

    Now add banana, blueberries, pineapple, mango, chia seeds, and ground flax! Again blend till smooth!

  3. 3

    This will make 2 servings, I put one in the fridge for the next day! Chia seeds gel up slightly so if your planning on drinking the next day just give it a good stir!
