Ingredients

  1. 500 gpotatoes
  2. 1 bunchspring onions, finely chopped
  3. 1big round onion, chopped
  4. 1 cupboiled njahe beans
  5. 2 spoonfulcooking oil
  6. salt and pepper
  7. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  8. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  9. 2small carrots, grated
  10. 1 bunchdhania

Cooking Instructions

    Peel the potatoes and slice them into halves,wash them clean and set aside.

    Place the sauce pan on fire and let the mixture boil for 30 minutes under medium heat. Add a pinch of salt and let it cook for 10 - 15 minutes.

    In another sauce pan, saute the onions then add inn the njahe. And add the potatoes and give a good mix

    Mash everyghing together then add in the peas. Remove from heat and set aside.

    Add in the dhania and mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.

Amazing recipe...quick tip..Mash the njahe first... We use a glass soda bottle..lol....then once well mashed,mash them together with everything else
