Whenever i think an alternative to red meat..the first thing i think of is fish..and i love fish stew with ugali #plus3ingredients

    Heat some 2 tbsp of oil in a sufuria before adding in the onions

  2. 2

    Once your onions are translucent add in your chopped tomatoes and let it cook for a minute or two add salt to taste

  3. 3

    Once all the tomatoes are crushed put in the fish gently and scoop some crushed tomatoes and spread on the top part. Let it cook for a minute on low heat below flipping the fish.. Later add in the chopped coriander leavers and a cup of water and let it cook for 10 minutes

    Serve hot with some spinach and ugali
