Ingredients

  1. 3red onions
  2. 250 grmsbeef kima
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  5. 1 tspgreen chilli paste
  6. 1tspful ginger garlic paste
  7. I tsp margarine
  8. 2 tbspcoriander leaves
  9. For Dough :1 cup wheat flour
  10. 1 pinchsalt
  11. Water to make dough
  12. 4 tbspoil
  13. 4eggs

Cooking Instructions

    Put a pot on heat. Add in the margarine. Add in the kima(mince meat), ginger garlic, chilli, salt, pepper. Mix well

  2. 2

    Cut the onions into small cubes and add into the kima mixture when its almost done.

    Mix well.let the mix dry then keep aside to cool.

    Make dough from the flour and then make balls. Then roll each ball out. Heat a chapati griddle and roast slightly the thin chapatis

    Keep aside when all are done.

    Take each chapati, in the middle put the kima mix, break an egg into this, mix well, now fold from all 4 sides and then fry in a tbs oil each one
