Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupmilk powder
  2. 1 cuproasted peanuts without peel
  3. 1 cupseedless dates
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  6. 7Parle G biscuits
  7. 1/2 cupchopped roasted mix dry fruit
  8. 1 tbspedible gum(Gond)
  9. 1 tbsproasted poppy seeds
  10. 1 tbsproasted sesame seeds
  11. 1 tbspcardamom powder
  12. 1 tbsptutti frutti
  13. 2 tbspdry ginger powder
  14. 2 tbspghee

Cooking Instructions

    Dry Roast peanuts on a medium flame. Once peanuts are cooled down, rub them between your palm and blow away peel. wash dates and remove seeds.

    To soften dates, Soak washed dates into milk for 30 mins.also dry roast poppy seeds and sesame seeds.

    Grind roasted peanuts until you get fine powder consistency. Now In a bowl, mix peanut powder and add milk powder. Then in a pan, heat ghee on a medium flame and fry gond in it. take out the fried gond in a plate. Then in a same pan roast chopped dry fruit on low medium flame.

    Grind soaked dates and dry ginger powder into grinding jar. Take out mixture in a plate. Now grind biscuit and take out in a bowl.Add biscuits powder & fried gum in dates mixture and mix well. Heat ghee in pan. Then add dates mixture and cook it for 2 minutes. now add roasted dry fruit,tutti frutti,cardamom powder and cook it for 3 minutes on low medium flame. keep stirring. turn off the flam and let it cool down for 3 mins.

    Grease your palm with ghee and take portion of mixture & make a ball. roll it and cut in heart shape,(give it shape of your choice)now sprinkle roasted poppyseeds & sesame seeds on dates & peanuts heart shape. make delicious sweet sandwich. roll the laddu in roasted poppyseeds & sesame seeds.

    Delicious peanut and dates sweet is ready to serve.
