Ingredients

HalfSpring roll wrapper
1potato grated
Halfcarrot grated
250 gground pork
Cooking oil
Egg
Halfonion small diced

Cooking Instructions

Pour oil in a wok.Sautee onion until soft then add ground pork cook it until golden brown then add carrot and potato.Mix it then season with salt.Cook until done.Let it cool

When already cool down start to roll in wrapper.Seal it by brushing egg at the edge.Fry it in medium heat.
