I have a thing for bananas this is a pretty nice cake the sugar is reduced as I find the bananas and sometimes I use raisins add to the sweetness..the vanilla essence I tend to use to my heart demise..so use an amount thats appropriate to your tastes

I thought of a recipe that us child-rearing mothers could make together in our cooking club. I made this simple with pancake mix and melted butter so that anyone baking for the first time couldn't even fail. It's easy to make if using this recipe. It's a big hit.The banana is fine if just roughly mashed. If mashing is too much work, you can just slice it and mix it into the cake batter. I used an aluminium pound cake pan (10 x 18 x 5 cm) from the 100 yen shop. The flavor of the banana will be stronger if you can held your hands on a ripe one.Note: With the mold described above, I could slice my cake into 8-10 slices.Since this is made with pancake mix, there's no way you can fail. Just measure the ingredients and mix until there are no flour streaks. Recipe by tsubasa1119
