Cooking Instructions

Mix the tofu with a whisk until it has a smooth, mashed consistency.

Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead.
- 3
Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape the rolls (I prefer to roll them into cute balls).

Bake for 13 minutes at 200℃, and they are done!

The dough rises faster in the summertime, so it's ready when it has doubled in size.
