Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 100 gramsBread flour
  2. 100 gramsSilken tofu
  3. 1 tspBaking powder
  4. 1 dashSalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix the tofu with a whisk until it has a smooth, mashed consistency.

  2. 2

    Mix in the rest of the ingredients and knead.

  3. 3

    Divide the dough into 4 portions and shape the rolls (I prefer to roll them into cute balls).

  4. 4

    Bake for 13 minutes at 200℃, and they are done!
