I needed a refreshing side dish for karaage (Japanese fried chicken).
Whole grain mustard isn't spicy. It adds a bit of tartness and depth to the flavor. It's very refreshing and is a perfect side dish for deep-fried food and meat dishes! Please squeeze out as much as water as you can at Step 1 to prevent the flavors from thinning out. Recipe by LaLaHappy1

Cooking Instructions

Combine the A ingredients in a bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes. Squeeze out the water well.

Combine the B ingredients in a bowl. Add the vegetables and toss to combine. Season with salt and pepper.
